Where are your roles based?
Every role is based at our central London office, on a hybrid pattern - three days in the office with the team, two days from home.
Do you offer hybrid working?
Yes. Three days a week in the office and two from home, with Wednesday being our all-in team day. Because the team sits together, those office days are where most of the collaboration and learning happens.
Are you able to sponsor visas?
Yes, we can sponsor visas! You do need to already be living in the UK when you apply - we do not offer relocation, and we are not able to hold a role open while someone moves over.
Is it possible to have more than one trading account?
Investa’s hiring process typically has four stages:
1. Screening phone call with Bea, our Talent Lead
2. Hiring Manager Interview
3. The Technical Stage (or role-specific assessment)
4. Final stage in person with our Co-Founders
The exact steps can vary slightly by role, but we keep our process transparent, and conversational so you get a genuine feel for life at Investa.
Can I apply by email?
We strongly encourage applying directly through our job board so your application gets into our pipeline as quickly as possible. However, if you'd like to share extra context, feel free to email our Talent Lead, Bea, directly who will be happy to pick it up.
Do you keep applications on file for future openings?
Yes, we keep details on file for future talent searches, However, our team moves fast, so the best way to stay on our radar is to keep an eye on our live job board and reapply when you see a matching role.
I saw a role recently but cannot find it anymore - can I still apply?
If a listing is no longer on our board, it likely means we have filled that position. However, we're constantly growing - keep an eye on our careers page for future openings that match your skills!
Do I need to trade options or use Investa to apply?
Not at all, but we do love seeing curiosity! Experiencing our product gives you a great feel for what we’re building. Feel free to download the Investa app anytime to explore the platform before your interviews.
How can I best prepare for an interview at Investa?
